Delivery

Profumoir S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products purchased at www.silenocheloni.com to the address indicated by the Customer within 48 working hours from the conclusion of the order.

Products purchased at www.silenocheloni.it can only be delivered within the EU

Standard shipping to Italy is €6,50 for orders below €150 and free for orders over €150 

Shipping costs outside Italian territory will be automatically calculated during checkout according to the total weight of the order and the destination country.

Return Policy

Goods purchased online at www.silenocheloni.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase by writing the request to info@silenocheloni.it attaching the invoice and the photo of the good making sure that the items are unopened and in their original film packaging (if the product was presented in it).

All returns are made at customer’s own cost and risk. We recommend using recorded delivery, as Profumoir Srl will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. After receiving the return, the refund will be issued within 10 business days. 

Faulty Goods

Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer service at info@silenocheloni.it attaching the photo of the damaged product. In case of broken or faulty good within 14 days the refund can be issued, or the product can be replaced with the same new item without extra costs.

For reasons of hygiene, any fragrance item which has been opened may not be returned, unless faulty.
